So it’s just over 2 week until we leave for Mt Kilimanjaro and about 3 weeks before we actually start climbing. We’ve had a few months of preparation and we’re feeling relatively confident about our potential success. Our only unknowns now are the effects of high-altitude and the weather. So what does one do to prepare … Read More
What better day to do an engagement shoot than on Valentine’s Day? Once Sui and Eric got over the guilt of making me work on this most sacred of days 🙂 , everything went perfectly. It’s a long way until October but I look forward to seeing you both in Calabogie this Fall! Don’t ask how … Read More
Last Monday I had the pleasure of dragging Amy and Greg along a freezing canal, over a few fences and through lots of snow. Despite the cold, they were nothing but fun to photograph and don’t seem to be capable of looking bad. I wish I had that problem!

If you’re a regular here, you’ll remember Shelley & Robin’s Maternity shoot from November. This Saturday, a month after Jack was born, we spent part of the afternoon seeing what all the fuss was about. Jack falls for the “pull my finger” joke for the first time ever!
I haven’t been posting these sorts of portraits for some reason but I thought I would in this case. This shot of Tamey will be used in her soon-to-be-launched Internet Strategy Company.
In preparation for our Kilimanjaro trip in March, Stephanie and I have been doing a lot more exercise than is normal for us. Today’s outing brought us to one of the more northern parts of the Gatineau Park with the intention of snow shoeing but ended up just hiking instead. It was a great day … Read More
