Devon & Tom had their Strathmere wedding last summer. Due to technical issues with my website, this has been waiting to get posted for months!
The year before their wedding, we had a gorgeous shoot during Tulip Festival in Ottawa so I was very excited about seeing them again. After a long, cool spring, their Saturday was a typical hot July wedding surrounded by lush grass and flowers. The best part about photographing at Strathmere is that once you arrive, you never have to worry about your car again. This results in a very relaxed and fun day so we can concentrate on photographing. We managed to avoid the rain for most of the day until the very beginning of the first dance.
