The Silins family recently added a new member to the family, and we took some family shots at their home to celebrate. So much love and laughter!
A few weeks ago I was lucky to meet up with a family that I had worked with at a wedding last October. Their little girl had doubled in age since then and quadrupled in cuteness.

I had the pleasure of shooting Christine & Glen’s wedding in 2005! This was before blogging so we can’t stalk them unfortunately… This is the second time I have photographed the family and it seems like every time I go there are more of them!
It has been a crazy winter both at home and at work so I have let a few shoots slip through the blogging net. Here is my attempt at catching up. Included are wedding, portrait, baby, and even a commercial shoot.
Maybe it’s part of being a new dad but there’s something really great about photographing a new family. There is so much excitement about what lies ahead and just a general sense of peace and satisfaction. There will be time for sleep later!
As you can well guess, after a maternity shoot comes what you see below. This is Charlotte and she is 4 days old later today. Everyone is doing great. I’m trying to answer email when I can and will be back in the studio after next week.
