Shauna & Paul had a Royal Ottawa Golf Club Wedding just over a week ago. When we first met last year I was quite excited about the prospect of their wedding. Shauna had the fortune of having a very rare and special wedding venue. This venue was near downtown in Ottawa and was built in the early part of the century and features some amazing architecture. It’s also not open to the public and not accessible for photos so it wasn’t unlike being a kid in a candy store for me.
Getting ready took place at both of their parents’ houses before heading over to Sussex. The building library very much resembles the inside of a church and made for a perfect ceremony venue. We shot the majority of the couple photos inside the building mostly just because we could! Eventually we made our way to the Royal Ottawa Golf Club for what turned out to be an exciting, hilarious, and always fun reception. Shauna and Paul have certainly contributed to an incredibly rewarding and exciting wedding season and I wish them all the luck in the world for their future!
