It was a nice surprise to be back for a Christ Church Cathedral wedding this past weekend. Another bonus for this shoot was having my friend Mike Dickson along as a second shooter! Mike is a long time friend and we both started shooting weddings in the same year so it was a real treat. Between Mike, Jessica, and myself, I think we managed to get a few good photos!
Mike started out in Orleans with the boys while Jessica and I met the girls at The Sheraton Hotel downtown. After a crazy hour with the girls, we converged at Christ Church Cathedral for the main event. Christ Church Cathedral is one of the biggest, most beautiful churches in the city with quite the history so it was exciting to be in that space again. Before heading to the RCAF Mess for the reception, we spent some time in the west part of downtown taking advantage of the lack of greenery and abundance of architecture for the couple photos.
It was a relief of a warm day and a very fun filled and gorgeous day with these lovely people. Thanks to everyone involved!
