Laura & Chris had their Brookstreet Hotel Wedding in Kanata almost two weeks ago now. This just so happened to be the first wedding that I booked for 2015 and I distinctly remembered being quite excited about the prospect of shooting it. Both Laura and Chris had THAT kind of personality; the one where you’re smart, artsy (smartsy?), just geeky enough, and overall fun. The experience of having worked with so many great couples over the years told me that they would be great to work with. The nice thing about great people is that they always seem to surround themselves with other wonderful people. That meant that the day was pretty much perfect right through.
The day started with a few hours of getting ready at the Brookstreet, a drive over to Phiney’s Point for photos, and then back to the Brookstreet for ceremony and reception. Beautifully executed by the Brookstreet, gorgeous decor and flowers and well as you can see, the dress was stunning. Thanks for a great day you guys!
