Jennifer and Richard had a Strathmere Winter Wedding just before Christmas. In fact it was officially the first day of winter (winter solstice) which was kind of hard to believe since we already had snow a month earlier. As is common at this time of year, we were greeted by a little freezing rain but MUCH warmer temperatures than we have had since. The weather had the desired effect of making everything nice and cosy which when added to the feeling of Christmas, made for a beautiful and intimate time overall. My added bonus was to work with long time friend Keith Langille who performed his usual upbeat and perfect ceremony.
Great day Jennifer and Richard!
Keith Langille working his usual magic 🙂
Hey Andrew, im curious to know if you have finally used your X-E2 on a wedding. Im a wedding photographer (second shooter, photojournalistic approach) and i carry a D600 + 70-200 or 85 1.8 and a D7000 with the new sigma 18-35 1.8 with me at all times. I try to not use flash, but as you can imagine, having these 2 cameras on me all the time is “suicidal”! Im thinking of getting rid of the D7000 to get the X-E2 or similar camera. going M4/3 with olympus was a thought, but the small sensor size doesnt convince me.
Wow, -stunning photos! Sooo pleased for you Jenny and Richard.
Very nice, Andrew! Fantastic set of images.
