Last Fall I spent part of an afternoon photographing Kaylee and Jason for their engagement. I met Kaylee before the session and knew that she was a ball of energy with an endless smile and the most infectious giggle. I hadn’t met Jason yet and was surprised when I met him. What surprised me most was that while he looked incredibly tough, he was the most calm and gentle person. Their engagement shoot was so strikingly beautiful and primarily because of the intense connection these 2 share and the strength of their character.
The weekend before last we met up again. I can’t lie, I was REALLY looking forward to this wedding after the great experience that we had the previous October. In the mean time, I had also met Kaylee’s mom and was pretty clear as to where Kaylee got all of this character. The Chateau Laurier did not disappoint as the back drop for the getting ready and their?Courtyard wedding was as smooth and perfect as always thanks in large part to the efforts of Miranda Fleming. It was a beautiful day that will be followed by a beautiful life. Congratulations Kaylee & Jason!
*Love* that first shot, Andrew – especially the square crop. Awesome stuff!
