When I met Lisa & Bryce many months ago to talk about their engagement and wedding shoots I had one thought, “this is a wacky couple”. This is of course one of the highest forms of compliment that I can give to anyone as it is the opposite of words like “typical”, “mundane”, or “boring”. After spending an evening shooting their stunning engagement session, and a day shooting their gorgeous wedding I now can add words like, “thoughtful”, “unique”, “refreshing” and oh so many more to their description.
The day started with Bryce at the Wakefield Mill, followed by getting ready with the girls at Les Trois Érables. This meant a short drive up to Le Belvedere for the ceremony and reception. While it did rain during the ceremony (luckily Le Belvedere has a huge space to accomodate an indoor ceremony), the sun came out and made for some incredible light later on. All in all, a great day.
